- ROBERT R. ACKERMAN (Co-Founder, Managing Director): Prior to forming Allegis Capital in 1995, Mr. Ackerman had more than fifteen years of general management, venture capital and strategic mergers and acquisition advisory experience working with information technology start-up companies. His operating experience includes the CEO of UniSoft Systems (a world leading UNIX systems house operating in the U.S., Europe and Asia) and founder and Chairman of InfoGear Technology Corporation (the first internet appliance company; acquired by CISCO in 2000).

- Spencer Tall (Managing Director): Spencer C. Tall joined the Allegis team in 2004 and worked closely with Robert Ackerman and the Allegis team over the years, co-investing with the partnership twice. Prior to Allegis Capital, Mr. Tall was a co-founder and General Partner with APV Technology Partners for three funds over 10 years. In addition, Mr. Tall is a co-founder of Asia Pacific Ventures LLC, a consulting and advisory service firm where, over a 13-year period, he assisted more than 50 technology companies in their Asia expansion plans..

- Pete Bodine (Managing Director): Peter Bodine joined Allegis Capital at the beginning of 2006. Prior to Allegis he worked with Mr. Tall for over 13 years where he co-founded APV Technology Partners. He was a General Partner of three funds totaling over $220M. - Jean-Louis Gassée (Partner): Jean-Louis Gassée has been associated with the firm since 1994, first as a Special Limited Partner of AVI III. He joined the firm full-time in October 2002 and was named a General Partner in April 2003.

- Lara Druyan (Partner): Prior to joining Allegis Capital, Lara Druyan had responsibility for Silicon Graphics' desktop software business. She identified market opportunities, developed and evangelized business strategy, and oversaw the successful development, execution and deployment of the SGI NetMeeting collaborative software suite into Fortune 500 companies. As a product manager, Ms. Druyan was also part of the team that launched the O2 and Octane desktop machines worldwide.

- Jonathan E. Funk (Managing Director): Jon Funk has been directing investments in southern California startup companies for 26 years. He joined Allegis Capital — Media Technology Ventures in 1996. From 1985 to 1995, he served as a founding General Partner of InterVen Partners, a venture capital fund focusing on investing in startup technology companies, primarily in southern California. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Funk was a principal with First Interstate Capital, the venture capital unit of First Interstate Bancorp.

- Barry M. Weinman (Co-Founder, Managing Director): Barry Weinman has been making venture capital investments, principally in Silicon Valley, since 1980.
